OverviewThe Associate is responsible for completing in-store food and non-food demonstrations. Acquires and maintains knowledge of products represented. Prepares, serves, and breaks down product, equipment, and supplies. Intercepts consumers and demonstrates products in a professional manner. Maintains a professional appearance consistent with the job requirements.
Responsibilities- Possesses adequate knowledge of the products represented.
- Proactively intercepts, engages, interacts, and sells product to consumers in a positive manner.
- Effectively communicates the features and benefits of the product.
- Prepares and serves food samples using small appliances such as microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers and knives.
- Maintains a clean, sterile and safe workstation using cleaning chemicals.
- Maintains a professional appearance consistent with job requirements.
- Properly sets up and prepares Event Table for execution.
- Achieves 100% execution on assigned work.
- Assists with preparation for client visits and completes audit corrections.
- Builds and maintains rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives.
- Completes expense reports per Company Policy.
- Accurately prepares and submits all online requirements on the same day as Event execution.
- Accesses the internet, navigates company electronic systems, uses Microsoft Outlook, and views assigned documents (Microsoft Word & Adobe PDF forms).
This role is not expected to exceed more than 25 hours per week, although the company may change the role based on business needs.

QualificationsEducation & Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1-3 months related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination.

Proficient in using and navigating personal computer or mobile device using applications and internal systems.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Local Food Handlers permit may be required.
Physical Demands: Stand and walk during shift; use hands to handle; reach overhead up to 65 inches; talk and hear; visual ability to read; stoop; kneel; squat; climb or step up ladder; balance; lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs); push/pull wheeled cart; prepare foods and beverages using required appliances; contact cleaning supplies.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
Work Environment: Retail store environment with limited travel.
Physical Appearance: Must ensure a professional appearance and proper grooming; adhere to retailer dress code.
