Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates and ensuring store operations run effectively. As part of the store leadership team, the Key Lead drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Work Schedule Requirements
  • Schedule varies weekly; expect to work at least 12‑16 hours per week.
  • Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays and certain holidays.
  • During peak time frames, may increase to support business needs.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (preferred).
  • Retail

    Experience:

    At least 1 year of retail experience.
  • Supervisor/Managerial

    Experience:

    No supervisory or management experience required.
