Job Posting

The Supervisor supports the store with daily business execution, customer engagement, store operations, talent supervision, and merchandising standards. They work under guidance from the Store Manager to maximize sales, foster a positive work environment, and ensure both internal and external customer satisfaction. This key‑carrying position may assume responsibility for the store in the manager’s absence and includes opening/closing duties as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize store sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Monitor sales progress versus targets.
  • Lead a productive environment by driving customer engagement and coaching associates.
  • Execute labor and payroll management under Store Manager direction.
Brand Experience / Customer Service
  • Model brand‑specific service standards and promptly address customer concerns.
  • Ensure every customer interaction creates an authentic brand experience.
  • Lead a customer‑centric culture through direct feedback and supervision.
Coaching Team
  • Provide coaching in customer engagement and sales results.
  • Ensure timely feedback and redirection to enable associate success.
  • Monitor compliance with company and store policies; report concerns to Store Manager.
  • Delegate tasks to maintain operational excellence.
  • Respond quickly to injuries and coordinate with HR.
Visual Merchandising
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards for the store.
Human Resource Management
  • Communicate associate concerns directly to Store Manager.
  • Support the Open‑Door Policy.
Store Culture
  • Model respectful behavior and uphold Kontoor Brands values.
  • Encourage participation, creativity, and learning.
  • Promote sustainability and recognize environmental impact.
  • Embed company purpose, mission, and values into the team.
  • Ensure each associate understands their impact on strategic priorities.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of retail sales experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
  • Proven ability to multi‑task.
  • Positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Results‑oriented problem solver with an analytical mindset.
  • Proficient computer skills preferred.
  • Open availability for flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Essential Functions
  • Operate office equipment and technology (cash register, computers, phones, scanners).
  • Stand during scheduled shifts up to 8 hours.
  • Walk and assist customers, retrieve merchandise, and maintain store appearance.
  • Lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Push/pull full racks for restocking.
  • Reach, stretch, bend, stoop, and crouch for shelf duties.
  • Occasional manual labor for display assembly and layout changes.
  • Maintain visual accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Use fine manipulation to organize clothing.
Pay and Benefits
  • Compensation Range: $15.00–$18.00 / hour (states other than New York and Colorado); $17–$20 / hour in New York and Colorado.
