Brand Ambassador (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Base Pay Range$50,000 – $80,000 per year (commensurate with experience and performance). Bonuses and commissions are available for top performers.

- Initiate conversations and arrange free in‑home renovation consultations.
- Set appointments and provide clear, friendly assistance to prospective homeowners.
- Collaborate with a high‑performing team to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
- Experience or transferable skills in face‑to‑face marketing, brand ambassadorship, appointment setting, or lead generation.
- Background in customer service, retail sales (cashiers, merchandisers, team leads), or front‑of‑house hospitality roles.
- Comfortable engaging with a diverse public and creating memorable experiences.
- Weekend availability and reliable transportation to multiple locations.
- Friendly, fun, and positive personality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self‑motivated with a drive for excellence.
- Retail and customer service experience valued; entry‑level candidates welcome.
- Entry‑level candidates will receive full training.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel within local regions.
