Summary:
The New Car Sales Experience Associate (SEA) will shadow and assist the Sales Experience Manager (SEM), while also learning the Avondale Sales Process (One Touch). The SEA will assist the SEM in the sales process by performing tasks essential to producing results and ensuring an extraordinary client experience. Upon meeting eligibility, the SEA will graduate to the SEM position.
- Learn and implement the Avondale Sales Process (One Touch)
- Learn and utilize prospecting techniques for opportunities within SEM’s client base
- Learn and conduct deliveries (including off-site deliveries)
- Learn and perform product presentations
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the inventory
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of product specifications, exterior color options, interior trim options, optional and standard equipment, and competitive advantages
- Pull cars from inventory
- Greet SEM’s clients when necessary
- Assist with appraisal of trade‑ins
- Get cars ready for deliveries (prep center, cleaning, filling gas)
- Transport cars to offsite locations (including for dealer trades)
- Know and understand Avondale's Privacy and Information Security Policies, and adhere to all applicable requirements
- Attend weekly department meetings
- Other duties may be assigned

Education and Experience- High school diploma or GED, with one to three months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Operator's Driver’s License (must be insurable)
- Must pass a background check, drug screen, and driving record check
- Skills:
Communication, stress tolerance, team player, accountability, result‑oriented - Flexibility with schedule
- Regularly required to talk or hear
- Frequently required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally required to use manual dexterity and to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to drive and operate a vehicle
