We are seeking a dynamic Sales / Design Consultant to join our team in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This role involves selling and designing our products directly to homeowners, builders, interior designers, architects, and engineers.

Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $/yr

Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas (primarily the Dallas/Ft. Worth area)

• Sell and design product solutions directly to homeowners, builders, interior design firms, architects, and engineers.
• Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships, soliciting referrals as appropriate.
• Use internal & external tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, Excel, Word, and CAD to manage appointments and proposals.
• Participate in company training programs to achieve financial success and career growth.

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Basic computer skills (MS Outlook, Salesforce, Excel, Word, CAD)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented, organized, and excellent follow‑up skills
• Preference for those with a concentration in design & space planning
• Home improvement related sales experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven ability to develop and nurture long‑term client relationships and solicit referrals
• Effective networking with trade associations and charitable groups
• Trainable and coachable mindset
