Job Description

Our client, a leading transportation company, is currently seeking an accomplished Sales and Account Representative to join the team. Here is an overview of the role:

  • Make daily contact and provide all clients with transportation services in an efficient and cost-effective manner
  • Grow accounts by increasing sales and services to clients on an annual basis
  • Increase the number of clients we serve and provide multi-modal services that include OTR and drayage services for the clients that meet or exceed their service expectations
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and CDD Representatives to create and maintain a loyal carrier base
  • Follow the company's policies and procedures and ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained
  • Work to resolve any disputes, claims, or matters that may occur
  • Stay informed of changes in transportation and the customers’ industries that could affect sales
  • Comply with the company’s policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Critical Requirements

  • Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
  • Recent experience in the transportation industry is strongly preferred
  • Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in sales

    Base Salary:
