Territory Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Representative to drive company revenue for a fast growing Home Remodeling Company. If you are passionate about community engagement, have strong leadership skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want you to join our team.

• Customer Engagement: Meet with homeowners at their residences to assess storm damage, understand their roofing needs, and establish rapport.
• Estimation: Create accurate and detailed estimates based on the assessment of roof damage, taking into consideration materials, labor, and associated costs.
• Insurance Coordination: Work closely with insurance companies to facilitate claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided and advocating for fair settlements.
• Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, leveraging your knowledge of roofing products and services.

  Educate customers on the roofing process, materials, and the benefits of our services, ensuring a clear understanding of the value we bring.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with customers, insurance professionals, and other stakeholders to enhance MTM's reputation and foster repeat business.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in roofing or a related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess and understand roofing damage.
• Knowledge of insurance processes related to roofing claims.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
