Responsibilities include, but are not limited to general home and office repairs that encompass cabinet repair/install, Aging in Place, ceiling fan/fixture install, garage organization, pet door installation, interior/exterior door repair/install, picture/mirror hanging, gutter repair/install/cleaning, trim/molding services, window repair/replace, carpentry, caulking services, TV mounting, fence repair, drywall services, weather stripping, home maintenance, painting services, closet organization, plumbing installations, and flooring services. Tasks also involve maintaining records, operating tools safely, collaborating with others, and following safety protocols.
SkillsAnd Qualifications
Candidates should have proven handyman experience, basic knowledge of trades like electrical and plumbing, and tool proficiency. You must have 2 years of hands on handyman experience or 1 year experience with vocational school training. Problem-solving, communication, and independence are also important. Physical stamina is required. A high school diploma or GED is typical, with technical certifications being advantageous.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is 100% REQUIRED.
CompensationBase hourly wage per hour with 5% commission of every sale executed at high-quality completion of work for a total comp of $48K - $52K year.
