As Assistant Station Manager, you’ll help lead daily operations while coaching staff, enforcing safety and compliance standards, and driving performance in a high‑volume, time‑sensitive environment. You’ll oversee a team of up to 75 professional drivers and spend about 20% of your time in the field.

• Lead daily operational performance with urgency and accountability across multiple service areas
• Coach, develop, and enforce policies with a team of up to 75 drivers, building a high‑performance, safety‑first culture
• Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and fleet readiness to ensure every trip runs on time and in compliance
• Track results through audits, KPIs, and performance metrics — quickly adjusting when issues arise
• Champion safety, compliance, and service excellence in line with company and federal standards
• Own challenges and resolve issues fast — from customer complaints to staffing gaps and operational bottlenecks

• Base Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 plus Bonus

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in transportation, logistics, aviation, or another fast‑paced operations environment
• Proven success managing large frontline teams (50+ employees or drivers)
• Must have full, open availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays — to support a 24/7/365 operation
• Strong organizational, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Resides within commutable distance to DFW and holds a valid driver’s license
