Comfort Land Heating & Air is growing, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. We're searching for a motivated Warehouse Specialist who enjoys staying organized, supporting technicians, and learning the business from the ground up.

What You'll Do- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain clean work areas
- Pick and stage materials for HVAC and plumbing technicians
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks
- Perform inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Deliver parts to technicians and job sites when needed
- Assist with purchasing and placing material orders
- Source materials from vendors and compare pricing
- Help negotiate pricing with suppliers as you gain experience
- Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs
- Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure a safe work environment
- Support leadership with special projects and warehouse improvements
- 1+ year of warehouse, HVAC, plumbing, construction, or distribution experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- HVAC or plumbing parts knowledge
- Purchasing or inventory experience
- Experience working with contractors or service companies
- Forklift experience (or willingness to become certified)
- Experience with inventory software or Service Titan
Organized and dependable
Self-motivated
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
