Treatment Coordinator

Fore Dental Care is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in helping patients understand their treatment options, coordinating care, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

Full-Time

• Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 7:15 AM – 4:15 PM

• $25 – $30 per hour

• Manage a multi-line phone system and assist patients with scheduling and inquiries
• Present and explain treatment plans in a clear, confident, and patient-friendly manner
• Coordinate and schedule treatment to support an efficient and productive doctor schedule
• Serve as the liaison between doctor and patient to ensure understanding and case acceptance
• Verify patient information and maintain accurate records in the system
• Provide a welcoming, organized, and professional front office experience

• 2+ years of dental experience required
• Strong knowledge of Dentrix
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable discussing treatment and financial options with patients
