✨ What You'll Do:- Providing direct nursing care and assisting with treatments and medications
- Supervising and supporting CNAs to maintain quality resident care
- Monitoring residents' health status and communicating changes promptly
- Ensuring proper documentation, charting, and adherence to care plans
- Collaborating with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Promoting a safe, clean, and welcoming care environment
