Preferred Qualifications & Education

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient in general retail practices.
• Retail store management experience or comparable experience.
• Experience motivating a team to achieve goals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train associates.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements & Environment

• Lift up to 40 lbs. from floor to shoulder height using proper equipment.
• Walk, stand, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull, and lift frequently.
• Mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Knowledge of retail practices for smooth operations.
• Team player encouraging others to achieve goals.
• Manage tasks with a positive attitude and clear communication.
• Mentor/training associates as needed.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
