The Role In this role you will be reporting into the Finance Manager and will be working within a team of 4. This role will be predominately Accounts Payable however you will also support within other areas of finance. Your key responsibilities will be:
Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare and process weekly and monthly supplier payment runs, including international payments. Keep supplier ledger aging within terms and obtain resolution on outstanding debt balances. Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve invoice discrepancies. Maintain accurate supplier records and respond to queries. Post daily bank transactions and reconcile bank accounts. Managing the finance inbox The successful Accounts Assistant will have:
