Interim Management Accountant

Interim Management Accountant Nottingham Up to £50,000 FTE 6-month contract Hybrid – 2 days in the office Full-time or 4 days per week Distinct is recruiting an Interim Management Accountant to join a growing and acquisitive group. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll take ownership of core management accounting activities while also supporting improvements across processes. The role will include:
Producing monthly management accounts, including P&L and balance sheet reporting Completing month-end journals, accruals, prepayments and provisions Balance sheet reconciliations and investigating discrepancies Variance analysis Supporting budgeting and forecasting The business is looking for an experienced Management Accountant who can quickly understand how things operate and bring ideas around what good looks like. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment and happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
