The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will play a key role in managing the company’s accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, supporting payment collection and maintaining healthy cash flow. You will work closely with project managers, clients and finance teams to review supporting paperwork, verify billing details and resolve discrepancies before invoices are issued. The role also includes monitoring outstanding balances, following up on overdue payments and resolving customer queries, with a focus on meeting the invoicing and payment requirements of the company.
Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Management:- Monitor and manage accounts receivable ledgers to ensure timely collections.
- Issue invoices and statements to clients in a timely manner.
- Reconcile accounts to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Proactively follow up on overdue invoices through calls, emails, and letters.
- Develop and implement strategies for recovering outstanding debts, including legal escalation where necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth payment processes.
- Address client queries and concerns regarding invoices and payments.
- Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts, cash flow forecasts, and debtor performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve credit control processes and implement best practices.
