Care Home Administrator

About the role

Care Home Administrator – Springwood Corner Care Home, Gravesend.
Shift Monday to Friday, 8 am–4 pm with required flexibility. The role supports the General Manager, staff and residents with administrative tasks to ensure smooth, efficient home management.

• Collect and manage data required for Head Office invoicing.
• Follow up on non‑payment of fees and report any outstanding debt concerns.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly payroll returns.
• Provide clerical support to the General Manager and other staff.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of home staff.

• Minimum three years’ business administration experience.
• Confident computer user with strong interpersonal and professional telephone skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and establish relationships with all staff.
• Commitment to values of caring, honesty, respect and accountability.
