What’s on offer Parking Working in a small team with full training Up to 28.5 hours per week across 3 or 4 days 23 days holiday Working hours are 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm Some flexibility on hours around school drop offs What will you do as an Office Administrator Set up and maintain customer price lists Support the sales teams with administrative and account management tasks Order office supplies and maintain adequate stock levels Manage company vehicle fleet administration Arrange and coordinate courier services and postal shipments, and sort incoming post Maintain standards in the training room ahead of customer training events What will you need as an Office Administrator?

A full driving licence and your own transport due to the location Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams Experience in an office-based customer service role Confidence, excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage Must be available to work Fridays Job Number 11339
