We're looking for a Exam Delivery Administrator to join our team in Milton Keynes on a permanent basis.

This role offers a salary of £25,000-£26,000 and a hybrid working pattern. What you will be doing;
Support the planning, administration and successful delivery of ICAEW examinations. Process examination applications and withdrawals accurately and within required deadlines. Maintain examination databases, records and systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. Provide professional support to candidates and internal stakeholders, helping to resolve examination-related queries and issues. Support examination-day activities and prepare documentation to ensure the smooth delivery of exam sessions.

Contribute to improving examination processes, systems and the overall candidate experience. What you will need;
Experience Previous experience in an administrative, operations or coordination role. Experience working with databases, data management systems or CRM platforms. Experience managing a busy workload with multiple tasks and competing deadlines. Experience working accurately with detailed information and maintaining high levels of attention to detail. Experience communicating with and supporting a range of internal and external stakeholders. Experience handling confidential or sensitive information appropriately.
