QUANTITY SURVEYOR | GRAVESEND | REFURB/ FIT OUT

We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing refurbishment and fit‑out contractor based in Gravesend. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Quantify Surveyor looking to develop their career within a busy commercial team. The successful Quantify Surveyor will be responsible for managing costs across multiple refurbishment and fit‑out projects while reporting directly to the Commercial Director.

This role would suit a proactive Quantify Surveyor who enjoys overseeing projects at different stages and working in a fast‑paced environment. If you are a motivated Quantify Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career, this could be an excellent opportunity.

• Managing multiple refurbishment/fit‑out projects valued £100k - £3m
• Preparing budgets, valuations, variations and final accounts
• Procuring and managing subcontractors
• Reporting into the Commercial Director
• Office-based in Gravesend with occasional site visits

• Minimum 3 years' Quantity Surveying experience
• Experience with a refurbishment or fit‑out contractor preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong commercial and communication skills
