About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail‑driven Exams and Data Manager to join their team. This is a pivotal role within the school, responsible for the smooth delivery of all examinations and the management of key student data. You will ensure compliance, accuracy, and exceptional operational standards across all exam cycles.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing processes end‑to‑end, and is confident working with data systems to support student outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Examinations Management
    • Lead the full administration of internal and external examinations.
    • Liaise with exam boards, senior leaders, teachers, invigilators, and students to ensure all processes are compliant and effective.
    • Manage the recruitment, training, and deployment of invigilators.
    • Oversee exam timetables, access arrangements, rooming, and secure handling of exam materials.
    • Ensure rigorous adherence to JCQ and awarding body regulations.
  • Data Management
    • Oversee the collection, maintenance, and accuracy of student data across MIS systems.
    • Produce high‑quality reports that support leadership decision‑making.
    • Manage key school data processes such as assessment cycles, census returns, and performance analysis.
    • Provide data insights to improve outcomes and operational planning.
