Gravesend

Are you a Motor Vehicle Technician looking for a hands‑on role where you can stay active, keep your skills sharp, and support learners in a practical workshop environment?

On offer is a rewarding opportunity to join a well‑established FE college in Gravesend. The role is ideal for someone with strong motor vehicle experience who enjoys working with their hands and wants a steady, supportive role helping staff and students in a workshop setting.

The college has a strong reputation for technical education and excellent facilities, providing learners with high‑quality vocational training. You will become a key part of the motor vehicle department, assisting lecturers and contributing to the smooth delivery of practical courses.

In this days‑based role, you will maintain workshop tools and equipment, prepare materials for lessons, and support learners during practical sessions. You will also help ensure health and safety compliance, keep work areas organised, and assist in producing teaching aids as required.
