Salary: £168 – £232 per day + Tuition Lesson Reserve (TLR)

This full‑time role covers a long‑term maternity replacement, responsible for teaching Drama across KeyStage3, KeyStage4 and Key Stage
5. The successful candidate will plan, prepare, assess and deliver engaging lessons while maintaining high teaching and learning standards throughout the department.

• Teach Drama across KeyStage3, 4 and 5.
• Plan, prepare and assess lessons.
• Deliver engaging, creative Drama lessons.
• Manage classroom and behaviour effectively.
• Lead and support the Drama department.

• QTS with a Drama specialism at degree level.
• Experience teaching Drama across KeyStage3, 4 and 5.
• Previous experience leading or supporting within a Drama department.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
