The successful Maths Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality mathematics instruction across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students to develop strong problem‑solving abilities and a lasting appreciation for numbers and logical reasoning.

• Deliver engaging, well‑planned maths lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Build student confidence and develop strong numeracy and problem‑solving skills
• Utilise assessment data to track progress and provide targeted intervention where needed
• Prepare students thoroughly for GCSE Mathematics examinations
• Ensure a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection; satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including an enhanced child DBS on the Update Service

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Mathematics
• Have experience teaching Maths at secondary school level, including Key Stage 4
• Possess strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for mathematics
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Meet GSL's safer recruitment background checks
• Have a Child Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
