Pierview Academy is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support learners with special educational needs. You will work with pupils individually and in small groups, helping them attend, build routines, relationships, and confidence to support learning and personal development.
You will assist teachers, prepare resources, monitor progress, and help maintain records including IEPs, PHPs, and risk assessments, while promoting an inclusive and safe learning environment.
