Teacher Active in Gravesham is recruiting a Teaching Assistant for a long‑term role at a welcoming SEND school from September. You will support pupils with PMLD, ASD and ADHD, helping them engage with meaningful activities and learn alongside our teaching staff.
The successful candidate will provide personal care where required, bring patience, strong teamwork and a proactive attitude to meet each child's individual needs, contributing to a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
