North Kent College is seeking a Welfare & Safeguarding Officer to support learners across Gravesend and Dartford campuses. You will be the first point of contact for welfare or safeguarding needs, offering timely guidance and short-term interventions to ensure learners feel safe and supported throughout their time at the College.
You will work with curriculum teams and external agencies to manage safeguarding concerns, assess risk, and escalate where appropriate.
