The ideal candidate will have: A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification - essential Previous experience working with children in an Early Years setting A nurturing, patient and caring approach The ability to support children's learning and development through play Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for helping children thrive The ability to work effectively as part of a classroom team DBS Requirement: A fully enhanced DBS is required for this position.
