We are seeking an organised, proactive and professional Curriculum Administrator to join our team at NKC Gravesend College. Reporting to the Deputy Principal, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Department and play a key role as a point of contact for staff, students and external stakeholders. Working closely with different Head of Curriculums, you will help ensure the effective and efficient day-to-day running of the Department.

You will be responsible for a range of administrative duties, including maintaining accurate records, processing information and data, supporting departmental processes and responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner. The successful candidate will be highly organised, confident using Microsoft Office and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines are essential.

This role is based at our NKC Gravesend College. Your hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum Your contract:
This role is offered initially as a fixed term contract until 31 March 2027, with the intention to extend annually by mutual agreement to 31 March 2029. Your pay: £26,632 per annum The College:
