- Manage a portfolio of renewables contracts and clients, supporting commercial performance and ensuring excellent customer service throughout project life cycles.
- Manage renewables customer accounts as the primary point of contact for operational and commercial matters.
- Produce quotations for variations, remedials, upgrades, and additional works.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and subcontractors to deliver accurate and commercially robust proposals.
- Manage customer escalations and ensure issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
- Support smooth handover from quotation through to project delivery.
- Monitor contract performance, commercial performance, and operational KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for organic business growth within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, quotations, approvals, and contract documentation.
- Proven experience in Contracts Management, Commercial Management, or Account Management within renewables, M&E, electrical, utilities, or FM sectors.
- Strong experience managing quotations, variations, and change control processes.
- Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of margins, scope control, and contract performance.
- Experience working alongside delivery teams and project managers.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Competent using Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Desirable experience includes:
- Knowledge of Solar PV, BESS, EV infrastructure, or renewable O&M activities.
- Familiarity with NEC, JCT, or FIDIC contract frameworks.
- Understanding of RAMS, permits, and safe systems of work.
