Our client is a respected name within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry, who have a busy client base in the South East of England. They are recruiting for an experienced and reliable Water Hygiene Engineer to join their friendly and professional team. On a daily basis, you will be conducting pre-planned compliance duties, including: shower head descales, basic outlet flushing, tank cleans and sampling/monitoring.

Gravesend, Dartford, Erith, Sidcup, Bromley, Orpington, Croydon, Sevenoaks, Snodland, Chatham, Rainham, Sittingbourne, Maidstone, Royal Tunbridge Wells, East Grinstead, Crawley, Epsom, Sutton, Mitcham, Kingston upon Thames, Twickenham, Grays, Tilbury, Barking, Ilford, Romford, Hornchurch.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer within a well-established outfit
- Conversant in ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
- Experience using a PDA to complete reports
- Able to work independently on site
- Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
- Hardworking attitude
- Shower head descales
- TMV servicing and failsafe checks
- Flushing on little used outlets
- Acid descales
- Inspections, cleans and disinfections on cold water storage tanks
- Updating site logbooks and producing regular service reports
- Working to agreed project timescales
- Maintaining high levels of customer service
