Purchase Ledger Clerk (Temp) Exeter, Devon £29,000 per annum Temporary, Full-time Our client, a well-established organisation, is seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team on a temporary basis. As the Purchase Ledger Clerk, you'll take ownership of a varied transactional finance workload, covering purchase ledger, accounts, reconciliations and general finance administration. You'll liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries, maintain accurate records and ensure payments are processed efficiently.

Process and maintain purchase ledger transactions Check, code and process invoices and credit notes Reconcile supplier and financial accounts Manage supplier queries and payment discrepancies Process payments, banking and electronic transactions Support sales invoicing and account administration Prepare financial reports, reconciliations and supporting schedules Provide wider finance administration and reporting support The candidate: AAT qualified, studying towards, or QBE Previous purchase ledger or transactional finance experience Good understanding of reconciliations and accounting processes Strong IT and Excel skills with excellent attention to detail Organised, reliable and confident communicator If you would like to know more about this Purchase Ledger Clerk opportunity, please get in touch with Andrew Perring, here at Lloyd Barnes Recruitment.
