Senior Finance Business Partner

Your new company I am currently working with a well-established property business that is looking to appoint a Senior Finance Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly commercial finance team, partnering with senior stakeholders across the business and playing a key role in driving strategic decision-making across a diverse real estate portfolio. Your new role Reporting to the Head of Finance Business Partnering, your responsibilities will include:
Leading the budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning process across key property assets and business units. Delivering insightful financial analysis, modelling and scenario planning to support investment and operational decisions. Partnering with property, asset management and development teams to provide commercial and financial guidance. Producing monthly performance reporting and presenting key insights to senior leadership. Supporting investment appraisals, business cases and strategic projects across the portfolio.

Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and reporting capabilities. Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted business partner. Mentoring and developing junior members of the finance team. What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience operating in a Finance Business Partner or Finance Manager capacity. Property, real estate, construction or another asset-heavy sector background is highly desirable.

Experience with Oracle Fusion or a similar ERP system would be advantageous. What you'll get in return A competitive salary of £70,000 - £75,000  benefits.
