Lifeways Group in Gravesend is seeking compassionate and proactive Support Workers to help individuals lead valued, independent lives. The role is weekend-sessional, with shifts 07:00–14:30 and 14:30–22:00, and training and ongoing support provided.
You’ll work with people with mental health, autism, or learning difficulties, supporting with personal care, daily activities, and community involvement, while maintaining dignity and choice.
