HR Manager UK - 6 Month FTC Salary - upto £50K South-West based Hybrid - 2 days on site working Immediate start ideal Resourcing4HR are delighted to be working with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced HR Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on, commercially focused HR role, providing trusted advice and support across the full employee lifecycle and partnering closely with managers across the UK business.
The Role:
Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR and employee relations matters Manage ER casework including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and capability Coach and support Line Managers to confidently manage people matters Support organisational change including restructures, redundancies, consultation processes and TUPE Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and practical manager guidance Monitor HR data and trends, identifying opportunities for improvement Support HR projects, process improvements and wider people initiatives Ensure HR processes are managed consistently, accurately and in line with UK employment legislation
About You:
