A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a highly respected, award-winning national law firm renowned for its excellence in client care. Our client is seeking a dedicated Private Client Legal Secretary to join their thriving Gravesend office.

In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level secretarial and administrative support within the Private Client department, working alongside a dynamic and supportive team.

About the Role:

The Private Client team advises on a wide range of matters, including:

• Will Drafting
• Probate & Estate Administration
• Tax Advice
• Trust Setup & Administration
• Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection / Deputyship

You'll be expected to hit the ground running, so familiarity with Private Client processes and procedures is essential. You will support fee earners with day-to-day tasks and ensure the smooth operation of this busy department.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Private Client Legal Secretary
• Strong administrative and secretarial skills
• High standard of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient in typing and IT systems
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
