I am currently recruiting for an experienced and driven Remedials Supervisor to join a fast-paced, compliance-led organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident supervisor who thrives on operational control, team leadership and delivering high standards in a technical or engineering-focused environment.
The Role As Remedials Supervisor, you will take full ownership of the scheduling and delivery of remedial works, ensuring all jobs are planned, managed and completed efficiently, safely, and in line with client SLAs.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring strict adherence to health & safety and compliance procedures
Verifying engineer competency, qualifications and certifications
Leading and supervising the remedials scheduling team
Ensuring engineers receive full job information (RAMS, permits, materials, access details)
Managing and updating jobs across internal and client systems (Aeromark, Pipe Drive, Power BI)
Monitoring SLAs, pipelines, LTAs/LTFs and outstanding approved works
Proactively resolving operational issues before escalation
Running KPI reviews and team meetings to drive performance
Presenting service updates confidently in client meetings (in-person and via Teams)
Coaching and developing junior team members
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the department
This is a hands-on supervisory position requiring strong organisation, accountability and commercial awareness.
About You You will demonstrate:
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Experience supervising or leading a team
High attention to detail and professional standards
Strong IT literacy (Word, Excel and internal systems)
Clear, confident communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
A proactive, solution-focused mindset
Professionalism, reliability and integrity
A background within compliance, facilities management, engineering coordination or scheduling would be highly advantageous.
