Registered Manager – Domiciliary & Supported Living Services

• Oversee the day-to‑day operations across domiciliary and supported living teams
• Manage a large service delivering circa 3,000 hours per week
• Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, and quality standards
• Lead, recruit, and develop both care and office teams
• Maintain strong relationships with private clients and stakeholders
• Drive service performance, quality assurance, and growth
• Oversee care planning, rotas, and operational delivery
• Ensure consistently high standards of person‑centred care

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary or supported living services
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks
• Experience managing large care hours and service delivery
• A track record of maintaining and growing privately funded care services
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

• Salary up to £45,000 per annum
