We're recruiting a Service Manager to lead a well-established Care at Home service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support across the community. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Service Manager, Registered Manager, Branch Manager, or Deputy Manager currently working within a homecare or domiciliary care setting and looking to advance their career.

Day-to-day of the role:
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the service, ensuring compliance, quality, and exceptional outcomes for the people we support. Lead and develop a team of care professionals. Ensure compliance with Health and Social Care Standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee personalised, outcome-focused care plans. Manage quality assurance processes, audits, and service improvements. Build effective relationships with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.

Manage budgets and resources to ensure a sustainable, high-performing service. Support recruitment, performance management, and staff development. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Essential: SVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Significant leadership experience within a Care at Home, Homecare, or Domiciliary Care service. Strong knowledge of care regulations and quality standards. Excellent people management and communication skills. Full UK Driving Licence. PVG Membership or willingness to obtain. Desirable:
Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Service Manager, or Branch Manager. Budget management experience. Qualification in Nursing, Social Work, or a related field. Benefits:
