SHE Technician Apprentice

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Technician Apprentice to join our lubrication manufacturing business. This role will provide hands‑on experience within a fast‑paced industrial manufacturing environment while studying towards a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification.

You will support the health, safety, and environmental activities that help keep our manufacturing operation safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible.

• Supporting workplace health and safety activities
• Assisting with audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• Promoting safe working practices across the site
• Supporting environmental and sustainability initiatives
• Helping investigate incidents and near misses
• Delivering safety communications and toolbox talks

• Interest in health & safety, environmental management, or manufacturing
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Commitment to promoting a safe workplace

• Practical experience in manufacturing and industrial safety
