• Competitive hourly rate of £18, depending on experience
• Full-time hours with optional overtime from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
• Consistent workload in a busy, well-established accident repair centre
• No additional training required, with potential for personal development

• Prepare vehicles meticulously, including masking, sanding, and finishing
• Carry out vehicle prep work such as polishing and paint correction
• Assist with alloy wheel refurbishment and SMART repairs if qualified
• Support the team in maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment
• Ensure all vehicle preparations meet high-quality standards
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines and workshop targets

• Proven experience as a Bodyshop Prepper or similar role within a vehicle accident repair environment
• Skilled in vehicle masking, sanding, polishing, and paint rectification
• Knowledge of SMART repair procedures and alloy wheel refurbishment is advantageous
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working as part of a team
• Ability to work flexibly, including optional overtime when required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
