Are you an organised and creative Sales & Marketing Assistant with a passion for fashion? Do you enjoy working across customer service, social media and marketing while helping to grow an exciting brand? If so, this Sales & Marketing Assistant role could be perfect for you.

This is a permanent, onsite opportunity based in Gravesend. The working hours are 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday. The salary is up to £30,000 depending on experience.

As the Sales & Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day sales and marketing function. You will be responsible for answering telephone calls, responding to customer service and marketing emails, monitoring and managing social media accounts, and engaging with customers through social media messaging. You'll liaise with influencers, PR contacts and stockists to build strong relationships and increase brand awareness, while feeding back sales performance and customer insights to the directors.

You'll also contribute to the development of new products by analysing customer feedback and keeping up to date with fashion trends.

You will need:

• A relevant qualification or equivalent work experience

• A genuine passion for fashion and an understanding of current trends

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Confidence using social media platforms and communicating with customers and external partners

• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
