The Vacancy
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative, commercially minded marketing professional with strong leadership skills to lead a small Marketing Team. You will have a great eye for detail, a proactive approach and the ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for leading marketing activity across multiple brands, managing a variety of projects and campaigns from concept through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage marketing activity across multiple brands, ensuring each receives the appropriate level of support and exposure.
Manage new product launches and brochure campaigns, including creative copywriting, design input, creative direction and coordination of photography.
Oversee SEO activity, website management and regular website updates.
Lead marketing projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring clear communication and effective coordination throughout.
Manage media planning and advertising activity, including PR schedules and campaign development across the UK and Ireland.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using insights to make recommendations for future marketing activity.
Generate creative ideas and develop engaging content for campaigns, websites, case studies, PR and newsletters.
Coordinate company presentations for both internal and external use.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating the best possible value and service.
Prepare and manage marketing budgets.
Lead, support and develop the marketing team, including recruitment, objective setting, one-to-one meetings and performance reviews.
