HCRG Care Group’s Sapphire Ward at Gravesham Community Hospital is recruiting a Band 5 Ward Nurse to support stroke and neurological patients through rehabilitation, promoting independence and recovery.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, deliver and review care, maintain accurate records, involve families, and uphold high clinical standards. The full-time post is 37.5 hours weekly with shifts including nights and weekends.
