We are looking for a sensational Property Lister / Instruction Winner with previous Estate Agency experience in the Gravesend area for a role with a highly successful local Estate Agency.

• Generating new instructions through proactive lead generation
• Conducting market appraisals and securing new listings
• Building long-term relationships with vendors and prospective clients
• Promoting the brand and driving business development
• Maintaining exceptional customer service standards
• Achieving and exceeding personal and office targets

• Estate Agency experience in sales and listing is essential
• Proven track record of instruction-winning success
• Excellent communication and telephone sales skills
• Well-presented, articulate, and confident
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and career-focused
• Local knowledge of the North Kent area is advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required

• Excellent basic salary with realistic and rewarding commission structure
