Retail SupervisorJoin our team as a Retail Supervisor ’ll lead by example, support both front‑of‑house and warehouse teams, and keep customers at the heart of everything you do.
OverviewYou’ll be a vital part of the team, getting stuck in and leading by example. Whether you’re front‑of‑house helping customers or in the warehouse keeping our standards high, customers are always at the front of your mind. Our excellent training programmes and varied shift patterns help you maintain a healthy work‑life balance and set you on a promising career track.
Opening hours- Monday – Friday: 7:00 am – 8:00 pm
- Saturday: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Sunday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Host – you’ll be the store leader, setting an example of what great looks like, guiding customers to the right products and making it super easy for them.
- Store standards – you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly from cash reconciliations and customer queries to audit compliance and stock management.
- Team work – you’ll join a team that takes pride in their store, working together and having lots of fun along the way.
- Experienced supervisor or duty manager used to leading a small team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills that translate into sales.
- Inquisitive and always seeking improvement.
