What You'll Do

Retail Supervisor – 6 month contract – 40 hours per week.

You'll be the face of Toolstation, making a fantastic first impression, building long‑lasting relationships and going above and beyond to make our customers happy. As a retail supervisor, you’ll serve customers, support the Store Manager, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse and stock shelves. It can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter, but if you take real pride in what you and the team do, our customers will notice and love us all the more.

• Support the Store Manager, motivate and engage the team, and coach the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
• Take on physical tasks: check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch and put orders together.
• Deliver great service: provide a great customer experience with a smile on your face, no matter how busy you are, and coach the team to do the same.
• Ask questions and build relationships: make sure our customers leave the branch with everything they need for the job.
• Build a fun working environment: maintain product availability and high branch standards, while ensuring the branch is somewhere everyone loves to work.
