Shift Lead Volunteer

• Opening and closing the shop, ensuring it is ready for trade.
• Allocating tasks to the volunteer team.
• Selecting, sorting, pricing donated stock and researching valuable and vintage items.
• Chatting with customers and providing excellent service at the till.
• Visual merchandising and photographing items for the online shop.
• Occasionally lifting boxes, with full health and safety training.

• Reliable and punctual.
• Team player who collaborates effectively.
• Confident communicator.
• No prior experience required – full training is provided.

• Some lunch and travel costs paid (check with the Manager).
• Access to training and development.
