Salary: £26,695 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

• Serve customers on the trade counter, offering advice and product knowledge.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing quotes promptly and courteously.
• Carry out general warehouse duties, including booking incoming stock onto the systems and putting it away and picking and packing customer orders, which will involve manual handling of heavy items.
• Full‑time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week from 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday, and one Saturday every three weeks from 8am – 12pm, paid as overtime.

• Approachable and supportive towards customers.
• Quick learner, able to help out in a busy branch.
• Experience in plumbing and heating is favourable.
